I'm at The Autry Museum of The American West

I have always wanted to show at The Autry Museum of The American West so I am excited for tonight's gala reception for the California Art Club 106th Gold Medal Juried Exhibition. My palette knife portrait of "Brexit, Last Day, David Cameron" will be showing there. There are some wonderful paintings in the show and this great location which makes a perfect day out.

Iron Lady The Second?

 I sketched this block-in  for a portrait of Theresa May, Britain's new prime minister as of today!

I wanted to capture the emotion of the day and the big task ahead taking Britain forward from "Brexit".

 A big job ahead of her - and me. Good luck new Prime Minister May.
